2016 CUYC Summer Programme

Cambridge University Yacht Club is proud to announce that the Summer Programme will return for 2016, and will be

sailed from Izola, Slovenia, to Southampton, UK, on the Club's new Beneteau First 40.7 Distinction.

14 Trips     117 days of sailing!     Over 3300+ nautical miles     100+ Crew members     Be a part of it!

Currently in Izola, Slovenia, the Club's new Beneteau First 40.7 Distinction is ready to begin her journey back to the UK. She needs YOU to join her as part of her crew for this epic journey through the Mediterranean Sea.

There are a variety of different trips, from cruising and island hopping, to coastal passage making, to the Yachtmaster Ocean qualifying passage of over 1000 nautical miles non-stop from Cadiz, Spain, to Southampton, UK.

The table below shows the dates and locations of each trip. Every trip will be lead by an experienced CUYC Skipper and First Mate, and is suitable for beginners and people new to the Club. Invite your friends, this is your Club, your summer, and your adventure!

Each entry in the table links to the individual trip page where you can get more information about the trip and sign up. If you're not already a member of CUYC, annual membership of the Club is just £15.00 and will be automatically added to the total when you sign up.

	13th August - 20th August	Sardinia to Minorca, Spain	Passage from northern Sardinia to the Balearic islands
	20th August - 27th August	Minorca to Majorca, Spain	Cruising in Minorca and Majorca
	27th August - 3rd September	Majorca to Ibiza, Spain	Cruising in Majorca and Ibiza
	3rd September - 13 September	Ibiza to Cadiz, Spain	Passage making along the southern Spainish coast and through the Strait of Gibraltar to Cadiz
	13th September - 1st October	Cadiz (Spain) to Southampton (UK)	Yachtmaster Ocean qualifying passage back to the UK
